I have just been watching a new video on YouTube that is essentially a 20-minute full body workout that you can do at home, and requires no equipment at all other than a coffee table or chair.
This workout includes several conventional exercises that most people will be familiar with, such as push ups, planks and side planks, for example, as well as a few different exercises that you may not be so familiar with, such as single leg squats, supine push ups and downward dog presses.
The routine is performed by Daniel from FitnessBlender.com, but is suitable for both men and women, and I think that you will find it useful because it is quite intense and will work all of your main muscle groups.
There is even a calorie counter on the right of the screen that will give you an indication of how many calories you are burning.
